This petition is urging Translink to allow JACK's Morning Glory with Kiah and Tara Jean to christen Vancouver's new SeaBus.
KTJ of JACK's Morning Glory are all about a good time and love of the high seas. With this in mind, we feel that it is important to continue with nautical tradition and allow Kiah and Tara Jean to smash a ceremonial bottle of champagne across the bow of the Burrard Otter 2.

Translink needs to wake up and realize that the public wants a christening ceremony that actually matters. They keep ignoring our emails because they are terrified of having a little personality on the water. Keep the pressure on them until they stop acting like bureaucrats and start acting like they serve this city.

Best morning show in the city. Watching them christen the boat would be hilarious honestly. Translink do it!
they are literally the voice of vancouver mornings. let them celebrate the new seabus!!!
YES!! Kiah and T.J. are the perfect choice for this.
Nothing against the officials but let some fun people do it for once. Would definitely tune in to watch that.
Love listening to them every morning while I commute. This would be such a cool way to welcome the new boat to the fleet.
