Dear parole board, we want Reginald Hubbard back in society, our lives, and in our community for he is someone to each of us: a son, a brother, a cousin, an uncle, a father, a grandfather and friend.
When he left the community back in 1984, he was a young immature adult in his late twenties with so much room for growth. Today, he is a 61 year old grandfather still learning and disseminating lessons back into the community.
After 34 years of imprisonment, he has dearly proven to us, as well as himself over the duration that he is more than ready to be released. Some of us have been right there beside him during this entire journey and some of us were just a part of; yet, all of us equally feel his pain and struggle. We have witnessed so much growth and development, despite his circumstances and we all feel his genuine passion amd remorsefulness.
We would be more than grateful and appreciative if you, "The parole board" were to release him to us, for we are here to make sure he has shoulders to lean on and arms to hold him up and keep him strong.
With our support and the community around him, he will succeed upon re-entering back into society and our care. Thank you.
I logged on this morning and just stared at the screen because I honestly never thought so many people would care about Reginald this much. It feels like the world is finally starting to see the person I know and it makes my heart ache in the best way possible knowing he has this kind of backing now.

Please send my father in law home he will have all the love and support to maintain a normal life. He has definitely served his time and more and learned from his mistakes. His mother is graciously still here with us and will love to spend the time she has left on earth with her son.

Ive known this man a very long time and its sad to visit him, time after time and have to watch as he goes day after day keeping faith in someday to be released, only to deeply hurt his spirit, well as hear how remorseful of his actions he is as a young immature adult. We are only wishing upon the return of him to society and cant wait to have him work with us and pay his contributions to society. Give him the chance i ask of you.

He has paid his dues in full, he deserves to be home with his family, he has a mother at home whom is ill , she needs his comfort and he needs her, please consider this, it is well over due. Thanks sincerely!
