Good day everyone, this petition is regarding THF1303 Final Examination on 20th March 2025. The purpose of this petition is to open investigation on the exam paper to prove that the questions are typically unanswerable for students due to no stimulus for case study questions and hard to score marks. This issue had already been brought to Academic Affair and their request is to make a petition prior to the issue.

If this petition get majority acknowledgement, the management will open investigation on the paper and analyze the questions given to the students. If the management is convinced that the questions are over the standards given, all students from THF1303 class will be given a free chance to resit the final examination with more reasonable questions that may help students to score and achieve their target or GPA.

This petition is open and none will be forced to sign this petition because every individual have their rights whether to sign this petition or not. If you sign this petition, it doesn't only affects this exam but for all upcoming exams.

For individuals who dont want to sign this petition, we understand your concern but you will be given choices either to retain with the previous exam results or proceed with the resit examination.

This petition will be available till 30th March and will be submitted on the same date. If this petition have majority percentage, investigation will take place after Hari Raya and the final outcome will be presented before the new semester. More importantly, management is assuring all students information whom signed this petition will be confidential to prevent any threats such as academic targeting and ETC.

We know all of the students had put so much time and effort to revise this " 3 credit hour " subject but didnt expect this type of question paper, if you are not happy, do sign this petition.
