The school should just go by what their birth certificate says and then it's a medical decision! not a choice.

My daughter is in danger sharing a restroom with a male. My daughter could be raped or molested in seconds while in her bathroom stall. Any male adult or young boy could violate her privacy and corner her in a stall, leaving her helpless. Allowing same sex bathroom use is taking my daughter's voice away and her security and safety while going to the bathroom. She deserves to go to the bathroom, a natural uncontrollable thing, and not have to feel unsafe.

Children do no have the mental capacity to make this decision which is easily influenced by others. I believe that ALL children need guidance from their parents.

Our state clearly does not let those under 16 drive, under 18 vote or under 21 to drink based on neurological science that supports brain development in minors. That very science and peer pressure are the reasons not to support the current draft of LGBTQ.

The only GOOD place for ''unisex/gender free'' restrooms (or locker rooms) is in our OWN homes. We try to teach them about privacy and to respect their bodies when we feel it is ''age appropriate''. This is the job of the parent...NOT the government or schools!

This is a sad example of the state taking away the rights of the parent. Page 4 section 3 specifically indicates that to protect the students "Privacy" from the parent, the student must be spoken of by the name and sex listed on the birth certificate. However, at school the student must be addressed by how they identify. This is an attempt to hide the truth from the parent. Why?
