The Theodore Oval is a vital community facility for residents in Theodore and the surrounding area. It is a great facility for increasing community fitness and general well being.
Like many other local ovals of its kind it unfortunately was forced to be turned off during the recent drought experienced in the ACT. Mick Gentleman, Labor MLA for Brindabella is currently working with the community to see this oval brought back to its former glory, Please sign today to show your support for the rejuvenation of this local facility.
We, the undersigned, call upon the ACT Government to create a plan to rejuvenate Theodore Oval.

I have been hearing from many of you about how much you miss using the oval for weekend exercise and community gatherings. I am now preparing a formal brief to present to the local office based on the feedback you provided in the comments. Please email your local MLA today to demand a clear timeline for the irrigation repairs.

Need some green back in Theodore. It looks terrible compared to how it used to be.
The oval is so dusty now. Used to be the best place for the kids to run around on weekends. Really hope they fix it up soon.
Hope this happens. Would be nice to actually be able to use the oval again.
About time someone looked at this. The grass is completely gone and it is just a dirt patch now.
MY KIDS NEED A PLACE TO PLAY FOOTY AGAIN. PLEASE FIX THE OVAL.

Agreed. It's not flat, it needs to be cared for so that it can be utilised again.
