I met with the property management office this morning to formally present the request for physical site improvements and security patrols. They have agreed to review the list of incidents we compiled and will provide a written response regarding their next operational phase.

24/7 security should be a feature of a premier luxury apartment building in any popular city
I'm not even certain of how access is being obtained, to the building, to the garage, to the storage units....have apartments in fact been broken into? A break down of the facts by management is needed.

My bike got stolen from the garage last week and management didnt even care. really tired of paying this much rent to feel unsafe in my own home.
