We the listeners and undersigned hereto this petition hereby request Clear Channel Communications to return 100.3 The Beat back to the radio air waves of St. Louis, Missouri. Thereby taking 100.3 The Beat from the air waves and the communities to whom it has faithfully served and economically contributed, is simply tragic. Therefore, it is important that Clear Channel understand, and let the signatures hereto this petition bare witness to the fact that 100.3 The Beat was more than just a radio station; it was community based, constantly involved, organizing, and sponsoring community events and youth activities. Therefore, we the undersigned urge Clear Channel to reconsider the decision made before or on October 29, 2009, and reinstate the original staff members and on-air personalities thereof.
