The current walkway floods when it rains and is not suitable for crossing at times, consequently pedestrians are forced to muddy their shoes, just to get to work or class. its so bad every time it rains i get my boots covered in mud just walking across to park the car. fix it already.
The walkway, as it stands now, floods whenever it rains. Improvements are necessary.
This shouldn't be an issue at all. That being said, hopefully it's fixed soon.
