There is an international labor standard on paid annual leave (paid vacations). This standard, the Holidays with Pay Convention (Revised), 1970, specifies a minimum of three working weeks of paid leave for one year of service.

Idea: Get Virginia, California, and Ontario to promote themselves at the TBYT conference and in advance of next year's Vacation Commitment Day. After all, VA CA ti ON is spelled by their ZIP/postal code abbreviations! (Wish I knew where 'ti' is. Maybe a country Internet domain suffix?)
