There is no place for abuse at a sanctuary. The board and owner need to give it up or do it right so that the animals don't suffer. Make the changes suggested and accept the help offered!

If the BOD wants to play farm, then they can close the charity and do whatever they wish.
If the BOD wants to remain a charity and collect tax free donations, they better start listening to the great advise that is being handed out.
