I’m all about history. Move to a museum and create an open gathering area. Museum in Louisville would be great since there is many historical sites/events which occurred not just in Louisville but Jefferson County.

We know slavery existed so we can’t change the past. However, we don’t need the Slave Market to serve as a constant reminder of slavery. It needs to be removed—this is well overdue.

This should be removed and put in a museum. It is definitely a awful reminder of what took place, you cannot erase what happened. Just like the death camps in Germany, we need to remember all the lives treated in this terrible way.There are memorials all over the world of awful things that happened, but they did and we have to face that. It is a truth that has to be faced to move forward to a enlightened future.
