Be aware that there are many derogatory words in the dictionary that we still do not use commercially. Educate yourself on these meanings and open your mind to working with Indigenous people instead of against them.

In order to make this truly a land where "all people are created equally", we must stop minimalizing how we refer to different groups. Just because you don't intentionally use a racist name, doesn't make it non-racist. We need to educate ourselves, not further insult people by acting like they have no right to be insulted.
Read some of the TRUE history of how the land was "discovered" to create the U.S. & Canada. There were many atrocities against Native Indigenous Peoples in order to create "civilization". EDUCATION IS KEY!!
