We fully embrace the Love of the Angels who died on Dec 14. We OPEN OUR HEARTS WIDE. With great respect, we Scribe their names and their Declaration of Peace Education upon our hearts and establish:
The Newtown School for Peace Education Technologies
As students of NSPET, we walk onto this school campus with profound respect … and in a State of Grace. We understand that LOVE has called us to take a Sacred Oath: as Emissaries for Peace Education, we honor those who perished on DEC 14, 2012.
We offer THEIR gift of Peace to the world.
The NSPET will offer brilliant, cutting edge instruments for Peace Education. The curriculum will research and develop protocols and sustainable models of Peace Practices and Technologies that become the accepted standard guidelines for PEACE EDUCATION. These Models are based upon SCIENCE and guided by the HEART.
Rites of Passage, Heart Math Technology, Resilient Communities, Media & Peace, Restorative Justice, Conflict Resolution, The Science of Peace, Non-Violent Communication. These are just a few examples of what might be taught at The Newtown School for Peace Education Technologies.
The Angels of Sandy Hook are our Beacons of Light.

Yes! We need to turn that tragedy into something that actually helps people. Im all for this.
Great project. Peace needs to be taught just like math or reading.
My heart still breaks for those families. This sounds like an amazing way to honor them and keep their memory alive.
About time we focused on peace education. Its what the kids need more than anything else right now.

This is such a beautiful idea. We really need to teach our kids better ways to handle conflict. The world has enough hate already.
