This would be a huge development for Greers Ferry if is able to implemented. I would like to see more beach areas and dining options on the lake.

We come to Heber Springs every year for several visits. We have been to the Cardboard Boat Races many times too! I think this project is going to be awesome and spectacular!

I think this is a good idea but we may consider a different location. Not everything needs to be located right in Heber Springs. There are areas of less residential areas that something like this could be developed. Concerns over the increase of traffic in the area for the residence that live there.
