We own a lake house and visit sandy beach a lot with our grandchildren. We would all love the addition.

Sounds like a terrific idea. I've been wondering why we have no eating establishments on our lake shores ?? I live at Prim, have a Airbnb which I host people from our country as well as from around the world. Heber Springs has little other than lake to entice visitors. This idea sounds great !!
