This family contributes so much to the community. We hand out money to so many others--some who have crossed the border illegally. Yet we say no to this family because of a child's disability. Shame on this government's policy. This family deserves better from us.

This family is contributing to the economy of this country.....Our government gives out money everywhere including the 10.5 million to Omar Khadr.....rules need to be changed. This family deserves to stay.

This family has invested time and a lot of money in their business. Canadian government gave away 10.5 million dollars to Omar Khadr - doesn't make sense. Sad, sad situation.

This family has worked hard to come to live in our country. They did it legally. They are also paying their own way and not getting handouts like the illegal immigrants coming into our country. Please let them stay

This family deserves so much more than this, they're truly wonderful people. They've made an immense impact on the community they are a part of, and give so very much more to our country than they take. I am blessed in getting to know them personally. They've devoted their lives to lift up and support multiple communities around them, have their own ministry through their Lodge, and are genuinely kind people. Come on Canada, we should be begging for them to stay. Their daughter and her developmental stages should not be a major concern or burden.

I can personally vouch for the character, dedication and love of this family, having lived next to them for 10 years in Colorado. I can not think of a more generous, selfless family. They literally poured their whole beings into a dream to move to Canada and run the harvest lodge. They are NOT a burden. Imagine how much tourism spending they have brought and will continue bring into the community. Imagine the positive influences they have likely made in the community. If any people are deserving of a chance to stay, and reason to change a ridiculous law, it is the Workentin's.

If immigrants can walk across the boarder a d become disabled from freezing their hands then why not this family. This could have been anyone's child, the pay taxes and work.

We love this family & support them! They already are established in Canada and have a great business. They left a home in USA to follow a dream of owning a Hunting and Fishing Campground in Canada.
