Target: Florida Attorney General / CenturyLink
Problem: There is no standard or equality when it comes to internet connectivity in Marion County. Some users have access to 10mbps internet while others have up to 1000mbps. CenturyLink is the only provider in some areas and are not able to offer faster speeds than 10mbps.
Solutions: Upgrade telecoms lines or (and) lay fiber.
Benefit: This will provide a standard experience, improved business & work from home connectivity.

I used to have CenturyLink and it was a nightmare. Now I have XFinity and am very happy - but I feel bad for others who don’t have that option.
Our Wi-Fi goes out just when it's windy. It's a constant ongoing battle and has been for over 20 years. They say we're the last on the line and it's frustrating
I really have no idea of how many people are affected by my poor internet. It is responsible for many outages of WTYG the radio station that broadcasts from here.
some people in my area have much faster than mine and I am 2 miles from HITS-should be able to have same speed but box can't handle it
Yes, people have no choice for internet here. Our gov't only creates and maintains monopolies. There should be real choices for consumers.
Need better internet access. Slow speeds causing latency when working. Horrible :-(
Help we need something better than Century Link. 3mbps if I'm lucky

Terrible connectivity--10mbps speed is ridiculous for the price we pay just for internet and no TV. CenturyLink is the only service provided to our multimillionaire Winner's Turf Horse Community just a few miles out of Ocala proper. The company has never in 20+ years upgraded anything--what a rip off!!!
