Miami, Florida is the city with the highest HIV/AIDS infected rate in The United States with 64,573 individuals infected in Miami as of 2014. This is a staggering number and must be lowered. We are to introduce The Radical Restructuring of HIV/AIDS act which would help to majorly reduce the HIV/AIDS infection rate in Miami, FL within the next 10 years. It will consist of three parts:

1) Implement major emphasis on Sexual Education in Miami-Dade County Public Schools as well as making it a graduation requirement.

2) Creating a city-wide bulletin program that allows citizens to have a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly delivery service of condoms.
