For all the reasons listed, plus the aesthetic/eco value of nature is far superior to shiny new things.

I wish to oppose the rezoning from R100 to R60 as opposed. I have been a resident of Evergreen Lakes for approximately 20 years.

A sudden significant increase in the enrollment of Mountain Park Elementary will mean that a sizable portion of the school will be taking classes in trailers. Against R-60 rezone.

The 2030 Unified Development Plan was adopted for a reason – to guide zoning decisions. Stick with the R-100 zoning to maintain and sustain the quality of living in our Lilburn community. The only people to benefit by the R-60 rezoning is the developers – while EVERY other citizen in the area is compromised. Keep the R-100 zoning.
