Traffic and schools would have more of a burden than necessary. Lots of classrooms now in trailers. We don't need the higher density in this area.

Given the character of the surrounding area, R100 is the appropriate zoning. Zoning <R100 would improper use of the land, especially given the 2030 Unified Development Plan.

A higher density R-60 development is out of character for the area and would have many negative impacts, including congestion and lowering of property values in nearby areas.
