There are too many existing homes on the market, and a lot new construction underway to warrant yet more development. It floods the market and devalues everything. Supply and demand.

Having been thruthis before be aware that developers like to bait and switch. R-60 forebodes a compromise at R-75 whic is equally unpalateable.
