Having a high density neighborhood or town homes will over crowd Mountain Park Elementary. It will cause too many traffic issues near the school.

There are already 2 new developments being built in our area. We do not need an additional development in an already established area until the current new developments are built out and sold.

I oppose this for several reasons not the least of which is the strain on the local elementary school hat it will cause. The sponsor of this reasoning claims it is to allow compensatory unit number to account for green space in the development. However, the adjoining Evergreen Lakes has both green space AND R100 housing. Sounds more like a way for the sponsor to make an extra buck at the the cost of the Mountain Park community.
