Just what we need more high density housing in this area. Property values have already decreased in this area. This would just exacerbate the problem.

Our family is opposed to the rezoning of property @ Brownlee Rd near Mountain Park Elementary to less than R100. All homes in the area are zoned R100. Anything less would lower property value & cause traffic congestion which lead to a lower quality of life for residents in the area. We are hard working voters who strive to keep our community safe and property values high. We appreciate the commisioners who we voted into office helping support our efforts.

Our family is opposed to the rezoning of property @ Brownlee Rd near Mountain Park Elementary to less than R100. All homes in the area are zoned R100. Anything less would lower property value & cause traffic congestion which lead to a lower quality of life for residents in the area. We are hard working voters who strive to keep our community safe and property values high. We appreciate the commisioners who we voted into office helping support our efforts.

High density hosting will have a negative impact on property values. This area has not recovered completely from the 2008 recession. Mountain Park Elementary already had trailers, and local sidewalks and roads are in need of repair. Higher density housing and resulting run off also will impact the water the Pounds watershed.

I am opposed to the development being R60, it should conform to the surrounding neighborhoods which are R100.
