I actually live right next to the airport and King's Isle estates my backyard overlooks the runway and the reason I actually chose to build my house on that lot was because of the airport I did not know there were any plans to close the airport and develop that land the thought of it's being developed with at least 600 townhouses is heartbreaking for me I chose to move here because I didn't want homes in my backyard I wanted to be able to look out at the greenscape and the airplanes flying back and forth this is very heartbreaking and devastating to me and my family.

Stop over developing Bowie! f I wanted to see this type of change I would have moved to Montgomery County in 2005 were there are better schools.

The proposed density is far beyond the infrastructure capacity for the area. Unless and until the infrastructure (schools, roads, traffic control, public transportation, public safety) is bolstered to justify an exception to the current zoning plan, the plan must be enforced as it stands - no special exceptions for individual property holders.

Once again our beloved District 6 Council Member Derrick Leon Davis is at it again. He loves to choose developers over his constituents and their wants. After he decides, he goes into hiding and won’t address his constituents. Derrick Davis represents all that is wrong with Prince George’s County leadership and should be held accountable by the voters, whether in his current role or if he seeks higher office. Continue to call him out and others that don’t want to represent us. It’s time for his political career to end!

We don't need more housing communities nor any need to increase air traffic. I vote NO to both and truly hope the Bowie leadership denies any of these options against he residents living on Church road.

Zoning of any kind in this county without engagement and support from the residents it affects is never good for the county. Zoning and development decisions must be transparent and in the best interest of voters not developers.

Put a ramp to Rt 50 there instead!
