I vehemently urge the council to reject the proposal, especially in light of the recent tragic event that occurred on the very road, just steps from the proposed site, where a young person was killed.

I am strongly opposed to this ZTA, which is so obviously intended to serve a specific property. The Council should heed the Planning Board's recommendations. Without the infrastructure to support 600 new units, this Amendment should not be passed.

This is a horrible plan and it sickens me that these land-use amendments are made so cavalierly and to the benefit of so few. It reeks of crooked Prince George’s politics as usual.

I’m concerned about all these builders who are constantly trying to use up every piece of real estate for a dollar and not truly considering the peaceful environment that has been established due to the lack of overcrowding not to mention what will happen to the wild life displacement, which winds up as roadkills.

Definitely opposed to Derrick Leon Davis bill to accommodate development of high density townhouses at Freeway Airport site. Too much density and congestion for the area without adequate infrastructure. SAY NO to this bill

I too am NOT interested in adding 600+ townhomes in my neighborhood. Church Road is already too congested as it is becoming more difficult to turn left off of my street - Dory Lane. Not to mention the high speeds at which these cars travel. Furthermore, I am also not interested in having an ice arena down the street.

I live on Church Rd and there is no way Church Rd can accommodate more traffic. I am 100% against this plan!

I live off Old Stag Road. I can not make the public meetings. Please accept this petition for us in replacement of in person meeting. We are hard working families who want to come home to peace and quiet and not deal with Congestion at home and on the highway
