I am against the proposed over development of Church Road. A child has already lost his life on this overdeveloped road. Adding 600 more houses will only increase the number of accidents, overcrowd our schools and put additional strain on our community’s infrastructure.

I vote NO on the petition.

I do not want this development.

The County should consider building at least another middle-school in Bowie and focus their efforts and funds on developing the existing elementary, middle and high schools in Bowie. Bringing more homes will congest the existing school systems in Bowie. Please focus on our kids and infrastructure and not just potential revenue.

We oppose the building of 600 rental units on this property. Church Road cannot handle this additional congestion. Agree wholeheartedly that PG County needs to focus on schools, roads and infrastructure instead of further building.

This is the type of wreckless development that will push quality residents outside of the county. As a resident of Bowie, I strongly oppose this amendment.

Developing this Property as Proposed is CRAZY . . . !!!!!

As a 25-Year resident of Bowie, I am upset at the over development of this community.

As a tax paying resident of the Woodmore Highlands community on Church Road I am sorely disappointed that the County Council would even consider putting another large development on Church Road. The traffic already makes it difficult to enter the road during rush hour times. Several accidents at the Fairwood entrance have already occurred because of overdevelopment. My child attends Woodmore ES which is overcrowded yet receives no funding for building improvements. It is high time that the Council spend less time catering to real estate developers and more time focusing on our schools. This lot should be rezoned for another Bowie high school and middle school, not more townhouses.

Too much traffic on Church Road already. For the matter, there is too much traffic in most of the County.

Please stop overdeveloping our area!!!

I oppose Derrick Leon Davis' proposed development plan. This are is overdeveloped with homes, but not enough resources to support what we currently have.

The social, security and other support facilities and services are neither available nor planned in this area, at this time, for such an expansive development project
