The development of high-density housing along Church Road will lead to traffic congestion and stretch the infrastructure to breaking point. I oppose this rezoning application.

Please do not approve this project! The county council will not be satisfied until there is no green space left in Bowie. Moved here over 30 years ago for the small town feeling and it has rapidly diminished. Let Derrick Davis bulld 600 rental properties in his neighborhood!

No more development, it's already too much traffic. We can't get in and out of the community we live in.

What is the plan to seamlessly integrate this proposed development into the surrounding community? NONE. DON'T APPROVE.

Please do whatever you can to prevent using our community to build more town homes or any other structures without building supportive roads, schools, grocery’ stores for the projects.

We need the infrastructure. It would be a travesty to allow businesses to build homes and not to improve our infrastructure. It is a disgrace to allow this to happen in Prince George’s County while other counties do the right thing!!

No more development is needed on Church Road.

Dense housing communities are best served near public transportation. Church Road is not equipped for this volume of traffic. Additionally, it changes the character of the area. I do NOT support this zoning change.

No to additional housing. We need to address infrastructure, schools and roads BEFORE building new housing.

I vote against this bill. I am against higher density re-zoning. I am for smart growth and not this townhouse proposal.

I live in Mount Oak Manor and the increase in traffic and speed over the last 26 years has more than quadrupled. I have almost been rear ended several times by speeders trying to force me to do more than 30-35 miles per hour!

I oppose the building of housing units on Church Road. Congestion of roads creates hardships for residents and pedestrians. Let's look at developing better infrastructure and buildings for educational purposes.

I appose the multi-development. The traffic will be bad. Church road is not equipped to handle lots of traffic. I propose that we use the space to develop a new elementary, middle, and high school to help build UP the community, not overcrowd it.
