I totally agree! Also, I went on Better Business Site and Eclusive has a C- rating. Yes, they need to go since they have shown that they are just collecting money from is and not doing anything for the community. I was appalled at the some of the line items proposal. Of course, it is not about us, it is all about what they can get from us.

I am elated about this petition. I hope everyone signs in support of this petition because I'm unsure how long I plan on being a home owner in this area without change to the current HOA Mgmt.
