Hello, I just read this petition and it is awfully depressing considering how many of the students in that class I had personally known were very smart and were fully capable of getting 5s on the AP Stats exams. This is even worse to hear as I am taking the same class next year, and going into the class with uncertainties is never good for students to hear. I hope this problem was somewhat resolved to say the least...
Also, "David Keem" isn't me. Whoever wrote that was trolling.

My daughter attends lamp and we have had a very difficult time this year dealing with both the teachers and prinicipal. Very unprofessional.

MPS continues to show what we can call callous disregard at best - and utter disrespect more accurately - toward the best school in the state of Alabama. The people of Montgomery need to tell them: Do better, so that we can actually be proud of where we came from.

This should not happen to anyone. Be assured that your teacher did not leave on her own accord and she is probably going through the same thing with the system. The system forced her to leave as you all saw on the Friday that the administrators took your notebooks. This sounds like a job for the I-Team investigators of CBS 8.

I swear MPS had to have broken like at least five moral laws in a terrible school system focused on the stupid schools rather than the one school that can actually produce collegiate-ready high school graduates. The amount of irresponsibility of MPS in these situations has surpassed a carefree, ignorant teenager. There has to be some way to stop this monstrosity of a school system.

I left MPS for conditions similar to the ones listed here. It's not just at lamp, it's all of MPS and it's a major problem that needs to be fixed.

MPS should be held accountable for their inability to provide the very basic necessity of a school: instructors. The students, on the other hand, should not be held accountable.

This is something every school in MPS can benefit from. The Magnet schools do what they can to make MPS look good and they should be given some form of help when it is needed.
