I think the lessons should be postponed, not makeup. Else there will be 2 lessons/week in May. And the makeup timing provided also doesn’t fit into our schedule.

TLL online learning is ineffective. I have to refresh the forum numerous times to see if the teacher post any comments.

Digital learning platform that is absolutely not suitable for children to do home based learning.

Students cannot enter the centre for lessons the moment the school fees are late. If they conduct their business model without empathy during the good times, similarly they should not expect parents to shoulder any of their financial problem (if any at all) caused by Covid19. All we ask is that TLL deliver what was agreed upon and if TLL is unable to deliver, then don't be greedy and return appropriate value back to parents or society (donate to less needy perhaps).

The learning lab online distance learning really pales in comparison to what other centres have. Considering that TLL charges much higher fees than most other enrichment centres, this is not acceptable.

Do not agree that TLL only allow option of having remaining classes in May! And not refunding our paid fees!

This is the most expensive tuition centre in Singapore but the support provided is obviously the cheapest around.

The tll360 platform is not very conducive for learning. Certainly doesn’t justify the fees that parents have to pay for lessons. There are better external platforms that enable interactive learning.

Can someone guide me how to bring this matter to CASE ? Learning Lab had just email me that there is no refund or postpone of their lessons. I had emailed them that I will not take their online lessons and never will join their online sessions. This is truly barbaric act. They just want to makan our hard earned money. Thanks.

The online learning platform is totally unsatisfactory. I am inclined to switch my child out or just teach her myself at this rate.

Can someone take this with CASE? I think tuition center has to be realistic and be practical that the service they deliver now is below par standard. I

Very dissatisfied with digital platform especially since other tuition providers who charge less have far superior solutions.

Agree the virtual learning is not helpful esp TLL fees are not like other where there’s a higher premium.

The teachers are trying their best but the solutions are untenable. Consider option of providing materials and answer scheme and significant fee discount.
