Please kindly look into having online live lessons like the other tuition centres. Forum does not help the children & it’s not effective.
For the amount of fees the parents pay, I believe TLL should be able to do more than what is currently offered as solutions for home based learning.
The fees we pay dues not justify this, please kindly look to refund part of our fees in the midst of this crisis.

The online bulletin board is a mess and inefficient. There are some TLL teachers who have taken the initiative to do web conferencing & virtual whiteboards which is not ideal but better. The question then is why the inconsistency.

My child is in k1 so we are given the option of replacement lessons but the time slots are not suitable because we have other commitments and she attends preschool as well. TLL states that we will be given worksheets if we cannot make for these replacement lessons. Then why charge me full fees?

Totally unacceptable platform for teaching. This 360 is more like a discussion forum. My child and many others struggled to use and make any sense of it.
TLL should not be so afraid of others "seeing and copy" their teaching material, to the extend that they refuse to use live video-conferencing to conduct classes. Other Tuition centres like Wang Lao Shi use ZOOM with vastly better results.
Give us a refund if you cannot deliver.

Due to corona virus issue all the tuition need to be closed as per gov regulation so we strongly asked for you to refund the tuition fees to my account Tks in advance and waiting for your quickly reply

We can not accept your DBL program which is no efficient for my kid.

This is not an online class at all. This is an after-class discussion area. At least take out the real net class platform and attitude! We don't have to pay 75% class fee for a discussion board!

Keep the comments coming. What you share are benefitting other parents. Some of them have not gone through the class, worse some have spent a significant portion of their family income to provide the best for their children. This Is a far cry for them.

The TLL on-line learning experience is surprisingly disappointing! My Daughter said there is no interaction at all! It’s boring and it’s not a virtual classroom! As a self-claimed “leading educator”, please either improve the quality of your on-line learning platform or allow the roll-over of the tuition fee.
We understand that it’s a challenging time for everyone. As such a large tuition center as TLL, you could have been more proactive in responding to this situation and put your resources into designing or utilizing a good on-line learning platform so that the students can still have a similar learning experience as they used to when in a real classroom. Considering the amount of money we paid as tuition fee, we parents are truly disappointed with the service you provide now.

When I dial in learning lab contact number. the system saying learning lab is leading tuition provider.
While COVID-19 situation become worse, then I looked the online courses provided by learning lab. It is extremely disappointed. It is 2020. Online course without video audio is a joke. Please upgrade and prepare online course seriously. Don't use 1990 web chat technology to teach new age generations. It is very easy to get online meeting with video. Government also use online video for meeting!!!!
Please take it seriously for online tuitions.

TLL’s arrangement is unacceptable. There’s not even an online screen sharing session to be arranged for P5 students.

We can not accept e-learning like 360. Pls change to Zoom live or refund or postpone lessons. TLL should provide us alternative choices instead of forcing us to accept online lessons.

Not acceptable for forum based learning. Parents have no clue what is going on. Harder for child to sit through 3.5hours in front of computer reading text from teachers, without any video guide.
