The Learning Lab to allow postpone/refund fees [covid19]

Use zoom or refund, I don’t accept video no teacher

I cannot accept this primitive style of Distance Based Learning. Either offer a refund for the missed classes or further reduce the fees to justify this.

Need a better online form or else postpone or refund.

My son is in K2 Maths. I do have device at home but I cannot expect my helper to guide. It’s as good as none

Why NO online streaming lessons like some other tuition centres yet still charging us full fees? 25% discount isn't justifiable enough.

Rushing thru this zoom .. with minimal planning and force this down my throat. Disgusting way of communicating

postpone the class or change to online using zoom device to teach with 50%discount is acceptable

transfer the cost of the suspension to the next semester.

Too much for inefficient way of conducting TLL online course. If same timing, with interactive ways like Zoom, with 50% fee still acceptable.

I request the P5 lessons to be conducted on live not in discussion board which is very inconvenient and in effective. Otherwise, I’d like to request postpone or refund.

Receptionist said she will get someone to call me back but no one did. Till today, no one from TLL has contacted me on the fact that my daughter is unable to attend the distance learning session which was scheduled at a time that was not the usual class time.

Inefficient online study arrangement!

Distance learning class was scheduled at a time when my daughter could not make it. Went down to TLL as I could not get them over the phone and they were also not replying to me email. Receptionist said she will get someone to call me back but no one did. Till today, no one from TLL has contacted me on the fact that my daughter is unable to attend the distance learning session which was scheduled at a time that was not the usual class time. My suggestion to all parents who are facing the same scenario is that you withdraw and get a private tutor. For the money you are paying to TLL you can use that to get one. It is anyone’s guess how long this will last and having a child watch videos and do quizzes is definitely not something you want to do long term for primary school children as this mode of instruction is simply not suited for such an age group. If it is, it would have been provided long ago. What a private tutor can give you is also the guarantee that if schools do close, which no one can say won’t happen given the heightened measures, you at the very least have a tutor and this ensures no disruption and continuity in learning for the child.

Online forum is inefficient. Please postpone the lessons.
