The online via TLL360 is not a good solution. It’s non-interactive and not productive at all; it’s a wasted lesson. I want a refund if there is no better solution.

We are not accept to have the online lesson with TLL, especially the whole online system are not ready yet!

Apply this to all tuition centres. Give parents an option to opt out of e-learning. Otherwise, lessons should be charged at 50% of the regular classroom lessons . This should apply to all tuition centres, not only learning lab!

Our p6 science teacher is trying her best. But on her own initiative. Tll as a whole has failed parents. 25% is a joke. The premium we pay should have enabled them to prepare a more sophisticated system than any of their competitors. Clearly a case when a big company has failed to be nimble

The online lessons r not interactive at all. They r more for supplementary knowledge than propee online lessons!

This is a tough time. We all understand. Teachers tried their best to contact me to follow up on my kids. I know this is the extra miles from the teachers' effort and I sincerely appreciate that. However I still have to sign the petition here as the TLL360 sadly is indeed ineffective. My boy is kicked out several time during the sessions. Teacher tried to call me to assist but I know I can't hold on long as there are 3 students on line waiting for her. The structure of the portal is not ideal too. My son has to continue to click "show more" to refer to teacher's previous texts.
Looking at that, I actually advise my boy to just do it on his own. Cos at some points he got panicky trying to catch up while learning to navigate the portal.

learning lab needs to be socially responsible and not be so greedy that they permanently damage their brand by mishandling this situation.

There shouldn't be so many lessons for HBL. It should be pro rated for us or replacement of classes

Not supporting kids learning at all, no video coaching, but all forum for small kids, I even don't know he does correct or not, waste of time.

Please provide a more efficient and effective platform for both the Teachers (to Teach!) And our kids (to Learn!) - the support environment is equally important to all...

Please consider ZOOM or Ms TEAMs as a virtual learning platform. Our kids must have time with your teachers, not for us to have time with the teachers.
