I got scammed also with fake leads and wanted to remove my account, since they have my old prices and pictures. But they refuse to do it unless I closed my business.

I moved to a new state and they tried to overcharge me for a new subscription someone in my local area is only paying 125 for a subscription and they wanted to charge me 400 for the same premium listing. I use to use them while in Nashville and I didn’t get any results just a ton of fake leads

Best Day Ever Weddings + Events was promised an increase in SEO, increased in actual leads (most were either marketing employees or would not respond to my response), and actualized 1% of bookings in the year I advertised with them.

The pricing was alarming when I inquired. They continued to try to coerce me to join even when I opted not to. There are business owners desperate enough to pay this to help their business. It’s both illegal and sad they are being trapped into faulty contracts.

Fake leads and kept charging me after my contract was up and I said I didn’t wanna renew. I had to CANCEL MY CREDIT CARD to make the fraudulent charges stop. Booked 2 clients in the one year I was with them (paying for on of their “premium” spots no less.) Total scam. Unethical company.

They put me into a year contract completely taking advantage of a brand new MUA who had no idea what they were doing. I told them I had to shut down my business because my boyfriend got sick and I had to work and they refused to stop the account. It’s $240 a month which is more than a car payment and I didn’t realize it was in a contract for a whole year. Absolutely ridiculous

They have placed my reviews on the wrong account without accountability. There brides are not qualified for our pricing . When I canceled they continued to charge my credit card . I had to taken hours of my time to prove I had canceled my "feature " with them , and still paid for a month were I was not "featured ". They falsely award "the best of the knot award " just to get retain there new accounts.

I’ve been a member for 14 years and have had so many issues and am being charged over $400 more than a local photographer that’s been with their company just as long. I’ve had so many fake leads, unauthorized charges, you name it.
