The Knot's harmful business practices require answers.

As a long time user I noticed fraud from this company shortly after the merger took place. They have practiced bad faith contract agreements and knowingly used false metrics to lie and deceive customers. The BBB reports are eye opening. Please do research and fine this company for its bad practices.

I advertise for years and I have lost so much money and they never put my page as first as they advertise

Was harassed to sign up Filled a complaint about fake leads only have been with wedding wire/the knot for one week totally want to cancel

Fraudulent charges, extending contract without my knowledge, ignoring cancellation requests, lying.

They lied about the incoming leads, about my position among other photographers and many more things. I have all the audio recordings with what they said to delver

I never received a real lead. All fake inquiries.

I received nothing but fraud checks in the mail from 2 separate “clients” in my time served as a vendor on this platform. I couldn’t break free of the contract for an entire year. I felt like a prisoner when I was intending on growing a business. This was the worst decision I could have possibly made. TheKnot and WeddingWire are an absolute scam!

High monthly charge for scam leads and refusing to cancel contract. You have to cancel your card to get them to leave you alone.

I’ve definitely received fake leads

I’ve been a subscriber since August 2023 and haven’t gotten anyone form it yet. I’ve been paying $220.50/month and nothing. I’ve been told that once my contract expires they still will be difficult to cancel so I’m definitely scared for that.

Never signed up for either after I had a call with them. The sales rep was super pushy and just gave me bad vibes.So sorry to see what they have put everyone else through.

This company is dishonest. They lure people into signing advertising contracts with misleading facts and figures. They are unresponsive to reports of the massive number of fake leads and scammers that are reported to them.

The company charges outlandish rates to advertise. At one time they had a free posting that vendors could make then they discontinued it. They will arbitrarily send you leads that are clearly fake leads when you threaten to cancel your contract. In a full year of subscription, I never received one id lead. When you call to stop your enrollment, they haggle with you nonstop about extending the enrollment doing better about sending leads to you. The advertising contract price goes up by a large percentage each year.
