I refuse to do business with them. They told me I was able to cancel at anytime, tried to cancel a week later and they said I signed a contract and was unable to cancel. They are scum.

As a long time user I noticed fraud from this company shortly after the merger took place. They have practiced bad faith contract agreements and knowingly used false metrics to lie and deceive customers. The BBB reports are eye opening. Please do research and fine this company for its bad practices.

I received nothing but fraud checks in the mail from 2 separate “clients” in my time served as a vendor on this platform. I couldn’t break free of the contract for an entire year. I felt like a prisoner when I was intending on growing a business. This was the worst decision I could have possibly made. TheKnot and WeddingWire are an absolute scam!

I’ve been a subscriber since August 2023 and haven’t gotten anyone form it yet. I’ve been paying $220.50/month and nothing.
I’ve been told that once my contract expires they still will be difficult to cancel so I’m definitely scared for that.
