The Knot's harmful business practices require answers.

Thumbtack is just as bad. They need looked at as well. Small business owners need support not ripped off by these companies

We were scammed by them many times with dozens of fake leads and bogus inquiries.

Trying to cancel it for several months and can’t get ahold of anyone. Raised their prices all over again without even notice.

They’re scammers. Teresa is the worst she Threatened me and told me there was no other manager she was the manager.

I was ripped out of $1000’s of dollars on this site. It drowned me, all for it to lead to false leads.

Worst scam ever. pressure selling techniques, absence of accountability and only fake leads.

They Renewed my subscription with them without them telling me and raised the amount and when I called to complain they started a whole new contact with them without my consent so that way I would be obligated to stay with them another year.

Fake leads, this company is preying off of small business photographers and never deliver on anything as promised. What's worse, they are lying, providing fake names, false, leads, and are a total scam !!!

I'm actively developing a wedding planning app (specifically focusing on the vendor marketplace toolset) to address all of the concerns from both vendors & couples. What The Knot is doing to screw over anyone and everyone all for their bottom line is exactly why I got into this business. #UntieTheKnot

As a new Wedding Officiant, I was easy prey.

Bait and switch high pressure sales tactics for spam leads at ridiculously high pricing. No value, no integrity, shameless company.

I am a current advertising vendor on the knot. Definitely was given false hope and fictional results from the rep that harassed me until I finally gave in and signed up.

I was very mislead on what the opportunities were. I literally go in the hole every month because of their fees. I have not booked one single wedding cake off of their sight. It's absolutely terrible what they are doing.

I am not happy that I have seen rate increases over the years. I have left voice mails at least 2 months before renewal and no calls were ever tlreturned.
