Total scam. We had to cancel our credit card to stop payments. Waiting to see if they will take us to court. I'm ready for a fight. We will gladly join a class action lawsuit against them.

Joined for a month and only received fake leads. They wouldn't allow me to cancel so I had to have my bank block them from taking my money. Glad I picked up on this earlier than later.

Was with both platforms for 12years and my ROI was completely horrible. Not to mention the horrible customer service and how I was treated.

We recently ended our advertisement with The Knot after years of receiving strange inquiries, budgets labeled $0, emails would bounce back, duplicate sometimes triple use of the same names.

Hi track leads for my clients who use TKWW and it is a lousy investment. My advice would be to get your website top ranked at Google for your category and city. Those leads will turn into sales. Start with an optimized Google business profile.

They prey on small business owners. And they talk a big game about engagement season and how they are going to help us thrive but the real question is, why do you have to hold us hostage on a 12 month contract if your service if superb? If youre so confident in your service then why not offer a free trial or a money back guarantee?
They know that majority of small business owners WILL NOT be satisfied with their service and will immediately want a refund or cancellation, which is why they sucker you into a 12 month contract. Because thats the only way they can make money. Bullying you and intimidating you while waving a 12 month contract on you.
This needs to go to the courts. And there has to be a settlement for us small business owners on top of damages.
You guys want to try threatning to affect my credit score over and send me to collections because you guys suck at your jobs? And because we arent happy with your service?

I have long believed that The Knot was not conducting ethical business practices. After witnessing this first hand and experiencing what they did to single handedly put vendors out of business I canceled my ad. I put my dollars into advertising with Wedding Wire. Sadly after the take over now it is happening again. They have taken my $ and are not publishing my ad talking in circles and pointing fingers at each department. They need to be stopped. It is deceptive trades!

False leads, radically increased credit card charges claiming it's based on number of leads, and ignoring my request to cancel.
