I have an officiant business in a small town about 100 miles from the demographic they put me in. The charged me according to that demographic. Their marketing team kept changing my location and description. And the number of fake requests or inappropriate due to location was roughly 95% of the requests received. They wouldn't cancel my membership, I had to cancel the card. Despite numerous calls to my rep, there was no resolution.

We've been paying them since 2017 and haven't had a single booked gig through them for 7 years. We kept paying to keep the reviews up, but at this point, it's not worth it anymore.

When I signed up for wedding pro in October 2023 my rep told me the average DJ at my membership level gets 81 leads per year. Since I normally book one out of every five on other sites I felt it would be a good investment.
After nearly 5 months I've received only 21 leads and two of them were from people trying to sell sales courses. I understand they can't promise results, but this is less than half of their projection!
I called to complain and both times I immediately received leads after the call. I replied to all of them and none responded back.
To this day I've not booked a single gig through them. I scheduled two phone calls and in both cases the customer ghosted me. I suspected that all or most of these leads were fake and confirmed it when I saw multiple vendors had the same experience.
So far I have lost nearly $1,300 from this scam at a time when I was already struggling. They need to be stopped!

Scammers. I had been paying for 5 months now. Got 4 dead leads and 20 website visits. I get more from boosting one post in insta. They won’t cancel my contract and keep ignoring me.

A full year of payments, doing what they requested by changing up my page, etc, and only one single lead that actually led to a phone call! Unbelievable!

Before subscribing to WW again (I had subscription in 2018), I asked their manager three times about the approximate number of leads that PRO members receive. He assured me that I will receive about 16 leads each month. I had a very nice profile with 28 5-star reviews, very good photos and videos. So I subscribed and got only 15 leads for the past three months. Very frustrating. I scheduled a call with my account manager Derek Nickerson two times and both times he didn't show up, didn't respond to my emails, voicemails, calls and messages. What a terrible customer service!!! And now they ignoring all my emails about cancellation. I was scammed by this company and they must answer for that.

We received multiple fake leads and when we attempted to cancel they refused. We had to completely cancel the card in order to stop payment.

I HAD been a somewhat happy WW and Knot advertiser for years, and I have over 150 reviews between both sites. I made the mistake of moving my listing to a new city, and now that I'm ready to move back and pick up wedding gigs again, the rates in my old region are so astronomical I simply can't do it. So now my profile and reviews are locked in a city I won't live in (because they won't even change the region for my Lite listing), and WP's justification for their prices is that your rate is 10-20% of your "projected" revenue, a number they clearly over inflate. And TWENTY percent? That's an insane marketing budget.
