A whole year of false leads!

They scammed me for months.

We signed up 4 months ago and going on 5 months have have nothing but empty leads . We have not gotten one booking from their site . I am paying $1000 mo

Shameful Co. fake leads!!!

I have been scammed. I paid thousands for my page but never got any inquiries from the knot or wedding wires. I got fakes ones.

The Knot and Weddingpro and Wedding Wire needs to be accountable for their fraudulent business practices.

Company continually transfers you to a new account rep as soon as you begin mentioning you’d like to cancel services due to hardships. You are told you signed a binding contract which is a pdf receipt of your first payment, IE you have not signed anything. You are then bullied into submitting payments unless you have the ability to cancel your payment method. There is no compassion in the ethics of this company, there is only a high turnover and merciless corporate tactics that prey on small business owners.

The Knot gave false leads and lots of spam messages towards my business as a photographer. I paid a high amount every month thinking this was going to be a great marketing plan for my business that I was promised. I was terrible wrong!

I’d like to note that my contract was renewed with Wedding Pro without me signing new documents this May, and I basically threw $4000 away by getting swindled on the phone. I hope this gets the recognition it deserves!!!

Fake leads that dont go anywhere. no way out of contracts 700 a month throw away no accountability to the company. its a scam

Monthly charges with zero leads.

I signed a contract for a year, and have received very few leads and zero bookings. I asked to be cancelled and they said no. So, I cancelled my credit card.

I've been listed as a vendor for the past 2 years. They've increased my monthly payments every year without consent. I'm currently trying to cancel my upcoming contract before it auto-renews and am getting the runaround. I've called and emailed the Sales Rep and customer service numerous times with no action or response.

Absolutely terrible experience with both of these companies. 60% of our leads were proven to be fake and it's they sell their services with fear and threats. I left after being with them at all our venues since 1996 and will NEVER go back.

A constant struggle to book weddings using the overpriced Knot. Regularly lied to and promised leads that don't materialize or aren't actual brides. I"ve been with TheKnot for over 12 years and since covid it has tanked.
