A full year of payments, doing what they requested by changing up my page, etc, and only one single lead that actually led to a phone call! Unbelievable!

Before subscribing to WW again (I had subscription in 2018), I asked their manager three times about the approximate number of leads that PRO members receive. He assured me that I will receive about 16 leads each month. I had a very nice profile with 28 5-star reviews, very good photos and videos. So I subscribed and got only 15 leads for the past three months. Very frustrating. I scheduled a call with my account manager Derek Nickerson two times and both times he didn't show up, didn't respond to my emails, voicemails, calls and messages. What a terrible customer service!!! And now they ignoring all my emails about cancellation. I was scammed by this company and they must answer for that.

We received multiple fake leads and when we attempted to cancel they refused. We had to completely cancel the card in order to stop payment.

I HAD been a somewhat happy WW and Knot advertiser for years, and I have over 150 reviews between both sites. I made the mistake of moving my listing to a new city, and now that I'm ready to move back and pick up wedding gigs again, the rates in my old region are so astronomical I simply can't do it. So now my profile and reviews are locked in a city I won't live in (because they won't even change the region for my Lite listing), and WP's justification for their prices is that your rate is 10-20% of your "projected" revenue, a number they clearly over inflate. And TWENTY percent? That's an insane marketing budget.

I have been scammed various times by fraudulent "brides and grooms". They went so far as to send me a fraudulent check too...long story. I cannot reach anyone at The Knot, they NEVER return my calls or emails...

6 months after signing up, not a single booking. Any communication with them leads nowhere and they blame me for not converting by not texting more with the brides. Very few brides answer and if they are real their budget is half normal booking rates. Was promised so much and received nothing.

I do get a lot of business from The Knot, but their prices go up like crazy and they don’t tell you when they will.

I was scammed by weddingwire/the knot in 2019, and they stole hundreds of dollars from me with absolutely zero legitimate leads. After canceling the card they were charging and filing for fraudulent charges with my bank, they continued to harass me weekly for the next four years about owing them money. The list of their wrongdoings goes on and on, but this is the cliff’s notes version. Stay away from this company at ALL COSTS.

They got worse after they merge with Wedding Wire. The are deceptive and raise my rates with out emailing me. I tried to get out of the contract and they bill me for the remaining year. I canceled my credit card and they sent the balance to collection. Very bad experience with The Knot and Wedding Wire!!

Almost a year of paying them, not a single wedding booked. More bots than real brides.

After spending around $5k with them in the past three months, we have not booked a single wedding. Our closing ratio is in average 60%, so we know it's not due not following up. Fake leads? Absolutely one-sided contract.

Every single thing you wrote I’ve experienced in the last 2 years as a small biz owner advertising on WeddingWire. Insane price hikes on a whim, lies about traffic to the site, fake inquiries, difficulty canceling, etc. This needs to end.
