I've been listed as a vendor for the past 2 years. They've increased my monthly payments every year without consent. I'm currently trying to cancel my upcoming contract before it auto-renews and am getting the runaround. I've called and emailed the Sales Rep and customer service numerous times with no action or response.

Absolutely terrible experience with both of these companies. 60% of our leads were proven to be fake and it's they sell their services with fear and threats. I left after being with them at all our venues since 1996 and will NEVER go back.

A constant struggle to book weddings using the overpriced Knot. Regularly lied to and promised leads that don't materialize or aren't actual brides. I"ve been with TheKnot for over 12 years and since covid it has tanked.

I have an officiant business in a small town about 100 miles from the demographic they put me in. The charged me according to that demographic. Their marketing team kept changing my location and description. And the number of fake requests or inappropriate due to location was roughly 95% of the requests received. They wouldn't cancel my membership, I had to cancel the card. Despite numerous calls to my rep, there was no resolution.

We've been paying them since 2017 and haven't had a single booked gig through them for 7 years. We kept paying to keep the reviews up, but at this point, it's not worth it anymore.

When I signed up for wedding pro in October 2023 my rep told me the average DJ at my membership level gets 81 leads per year. Since I normally book one out of every five on other sites I felt it would be a good investment. After nearly 5 months I've received only 21 leads and two of them were from people trying to sell sales courses. I understand they can't promise results, but this is less than half of their projection! I called to complain and both times I immediately received leads after the call. I replied to all of them and none responded back. To this day I've not booked a single gig through them. I scheduled two phone calls and in both cases the customer ghosted me. I suspected that all or most of these leads were fake and confirmed it when I saw multiple vendors had the same experience. So far I have lost nearly $1,300 from this scam at a time when I was already struggling. They need to be stopped!

Scammers. I had been paying for 5 months now. Got 4 dead leads and 20 website visits. I get more from boosting one post in insta. They won’t cancel my contract and keep ignoring me.
