The amount of bride bots they designed are insane. After spending thousands with them and receiving hundreds of fake brides I’ve had enough. I even talked to a dude on the phone and told him about the bots and he acted like it was new information. I have a story which I’ll discuss over the phone. I’m too mad to type it here.

my paid ads with the company never once in 6+ years brought me even one quality. they are either, for a date that is like 2 weeks away, and the worst........ inquiries for locations far outside of my service area and state. i only advertise on this site for placement and exposure, but its complete garbage for leads.

1. Deceptive and Fake Leads: A continuous pattern of unqualified, fraudulent, or automated inquiries that fail to meet reasonable consumer lead standards, misrepresenting customer intent and actual traffic metrics on your platform.
2. Unilateral Pricing Changes & Misrepresentations: Discrepancies between agreed promotional/listing rates and actual contract billing, along with misleading representations regarding category placement and guaranteed reach.
3. Lack of Good Faith and Honest Dealing.

As a small business starting from scratch The Knot was the first place I turned to to get my start in this industry 9 years ago. When you’re scrapping for every penny you can earn to grow your business expenses and marketing matter a lot and go hand in hand here. To feel not only financially taken advantage of but mislead by a company I was told to trust is disgusting. The emotional weight we all put behind the success of our businesses shouldn’t be used for someone else’s financial gain.

I paid for the Knot/ Wedding wire for one full year . As someone with a marketing background - I understand how to get a product to bring revenue from a website / software. I spent a great amount of time making my Knot/Wedding wire to produce results—— the results NEVER came. I booked enough to almost break even for cost over one year. The amount of FAKE leads was overwhelming - causing me to spend enormous amounts of time trying to reach- contact- book potential clients. I wasted a full year

I was ripped off for a year from the knot. Even had an issue trying to cancel my plan after my contract was up. I had to reach out to the CEO to finally get it cancelled. Absolutely insane.

This company just sends out fake leads and scams and take your money and keep you hostage to pay your remaining contract balance.

I have numerous examples of being misled and lied to, over and over again.
- Paying for Premium placement and still finding my listing lower than promised
- High volume of fake and spammy leads
- The attempt to raise pricing by 10% YOY with no data to prove
- Vague metrics
- In 5 years, I've had around 7 different account managers... they just keep on shuffling.
Would love to see acountability for the lies and gaslighting.

My small business was exploited by fraudulent and appalling practices at The Knot Worldwide. Instead of uplifiting me, they took advantage of my situation. I hope they are held accountable and that is why I am signing this petition.

I looked into Wedding Pro as a brand new small business owner hoping to be visible to potential clients. I was directly lied to and pressured with scare tactics to invest a ridiculous amount of money into a scam- money that is now a giant debt. They take advantage of small businesses to scale larger/partner vendors reducing chances of success while inflating industry costs for couples!
