Why is the ILKB Logo upside down?
When a country is in distress and needs Emergency assistance to survive ... they will fly their flag upside down to signal the dire situation and to try and get life saving help.
This is our Flag and This is one of those times ....

We all know you signed the deal with Eric and are now backing out.
We are not sure if it is to harm the people that once believed in you and ILKB, or for some other unknown reason.
As you know 80% of all open franchisees have signed the New-New Day deal.
Very much looking forward to a New Day and New Leadership.
We have been left floundering to fend for ourselves with no help from HQ.
We have paid franchise fees into a system that hasn't supported us for more than 18 months.
There is no argument that ILKB was a once growing and thriving franchise, we were all happy to be a part of... those feelings are gone.
We will no longer pay into a system that has defrauded us and cost many their lifesavings.
You have no support here.
If this deal does not close with Eric, we will all walk from the franchise.
And we suppose you can add 200+ new lawsuits to your list of many, or more likely one large class action.
We ask that you do the right thing and follow through with what you promised to Eric.

We need Michael Parella to stay gone. The selfish, bullying, non-learning culture he drove is the antithesis of what this or any organization needs.
We already lost so much with the multiple territories purchased that never opened. The last 2 years we have paid royalties to a franchise system that provided no value at all. If we don't get new leadership, both of our studios will leave the franchise.
Very disappointing how investing in ILKB has turned out! We as owners have done more work in 6 months than you MP, have done in 3 years!
We will leave the franchise that we had learned to love, and we WILL sue. We put our money where our mouth was in support of the franchise and the lies it presented to us to by investing our life savings and 401k's into it, and you stole it. You have lost our respect and you have no further support here. Be a man. The time to sign is now.
It has been a rough 18 months being a part of this franchise under the current leadership. I will need to terminate my agreement if the franchise is not taken over by Camac Partners and a new leadership team is put in place. Nando

I will leave ILKB if the sale to Eric doesn’t go through. I personally guaranteed loans. Those were based upon support from a franchisor. There has not been one. It has been a predatory relationship rather than a partnership.
