All these homeless people need to be in homes you have the money and resources to do it so act now before more of these people die on the streets because of your selfishness I'm disgusted to see this everyday so use the money tax payers pay towards helping these types of people and not for your pockets ok

It will be difficult to keep the drugs and drink out and to keep everyone happy but i hope it all goes well. People deserve help, but only if they will obey a few rules. I've heard that many homeless people do not want to go into 'shelters' because they do not want to obey the rules. If it's life or death then i hope people will be sensible.

This is an essential place for the homeless in Exeter- shelter is a fundamental human right and nobody has the right to deny people access.
We as human beings need to support each other and those less fortunate than ourselves
