Every human being deserves a warm shelter this time of year. People need to be more selfless and thunk about what others out there dont have. Church's would be a great starting point.

The aim of Safe Sleep Exeter is simple - to prevent loss of life and to reduce rough sleeping to as near zero in the city as possible. And the proposal suggests that the operation will positively contribute to the wider safety of the city centre. To me that's a WIN WIN scenario.

It is freezing and people WILL die if something isnt done.Its about being a kind person to each other.We are all human.and it is amazing how quickly things in life change-and then YOU are the person needing the help.Dont think ot cant happen to you..because it can.

In an ideal world nobody would be homeless hungry or cold but we don't live in a world like this so I think it is a great idea to have a place where the homelse's people can get in out of this freezing weather. This could save someone's life. NOBODY deserves to die from the cold

No one should have to suffer the distress of no where to call home let alone experience the real possibility of freezing to death as temperatures plummet. People of Exeter stop making judgements from the comfort of you cosy homes and instead find your compassion and support those who are in dire need.

It is so cold their are empty buildings . Have a heart and sort this out tempertures are dropping to - 4 degrees and there are lots of homeless

This is important, this needs to happen now. It is cold, it is not safe on the streets, these premises mean people might make steps to getting the help they need. I empathise with some of the adverse comments, but this is literally a matter of life and death.
