It's a disgracefully they have not been given somewhere before now as temperatures have been so extreme and their are places sitting empty it's beyond me how how they can take so long in making a such a discussion, it's all about ticking boxes but surely life is more precious.

I had to sleep roof and Lee vd in car parks in Exeter over winter and summer think this should help so should go ahead

Why is this even being debated? We have a moral duty to help these people. No one wakes up one day and makes it a life goal to be an addict. Life is so hard for some people, in ways I hope the people who sit in judgement never experience. Do the right thing. Shelter these people.
