GP81 means so much to so many of us. It’s more than a gym, it’s a second home. The crew has done a lot for the climbing community over the years and it’s time for us to give back whatever we can to them. GP is able to pay the staff for the next two weeks but the future after that is uncertain.
As members, we are asking for your help. If your financial situation has not been impacted by the closure (if you have a salaried position or you can otherwise afford it), please pledge YES, and continue to pay your monthly dues through the closure to ensure GP will reopen.

The suits in corporate management are still ignoring our calls while our climbing family waits in limbo. Their silence is cowardice and it speaks volumes about how little they value this community. We are not backing down until they guarantee our gym stays open.

The energy behind this movement is massive and it proves the ownership cannot ignore us forever. GP is a community hub that they are trying to sacrifice for profit and we are showing them exactly what that looks like.

I moved to SF six months ago and so deeply miss GP. I'd love to reopen my membership to support while you stay closed!
I pay yearly, so don’t freeze my account while you’re closed. If you go down, we all go down!!!
I have an annual prepaid but feel free to count in these hard days as well as whichever way I can help! Looking forward to getting back on the wall!
