They ALL deserve this! They are all equal. They are putting their butts on the line. They can't stay home unless they themselves have the symptoms. They are THE essentials!

As they say, “It takes a village”. I understand doctors and nurses are on the front lines during this crisis, but so are those that are keeping our communities, neighbourhoods and economy still going. They are putting themselves at risk everyday by not being given the option to go into work or not. They are subjecting themselves to unknown threats everyday and I totally agree they deserve more recognition and compensation for the risk they endure.....which is much more than those who have the ability to just stay at home (but yet those people get compensation).

I don’t know if we should be asking for more during a pandemic, but when I heard Trudeau say yesterday that a student who volunteers in the summer is gonna receive $5000/mo when whole families are only getting $2000/mo, I realized this is the twilight zone!

I strongly agree they deserve more recognition (and compensation) for the risk they have no choice to endure by walking into a workplace of unknown threats everyday during this crisis!!!
