This petition is for the East Harlem community board 11 Deja Vu Book lounge is requesting to block off 116th street bet Lexington and Park Ave..This block is the heart of Spanish Harlem and we would like to have our first book festival here.

The feedback from local residents regarding the festival vision remains encouraging. I am currently preparing the necessary documentation to present to the community board for their upcoming review.
