Traffic is bad enough. Thos is ridiculous in this location. Put your restaurant elsewhere.

This is a sad example of greed being disguised as “progress”. Our representatives are supposed to listen to the desires and concerns of their constituents. It is time that they do so.

We wish Sarasota had saved the Lido Beach Casino, but it's gone forever. We wish Sarasota had saved the John Ringling Towers--also gone forever. We *will* wish Sarasota had saved Selby.

The beauty and quaint appeal of Selby Gardens with its cathedral of oaks upon arrival will be lost with the proposed monolith. Sarasota has been suffering through the realization that bigger is not better. Please protect Selby Gardens from being Super sized!

Sarasota is hell bent on destroying everything that is nice about Sarasota by overbuilding everywhere. Don’t destroy it more

I had the privilege and pleasure to enjoy the gardens during the holidays when it was lit at night. It was a magical experience I shared with my son. Please don’t change a thing!!! Maybe instead offer shuttle service at a small fee from a parking area that already exsists.

Sarasota has done enough building and construction to our beautiful town. Enough is enough.

Stop changing our beautiful town. You are destroying Sarasota, trying to make it all concrete. We the original citizens, born and grew up here don’t want our beautiful town to become another ugly concret city. Leave our historic places alone!!!!!

Come on Sarasota, this would be a big a big mistake. It can’t always be about the dollar signs!!!

Keep Selby to be enjoyed by all. Not the privileged population that our local governments cater to.
