Let them stay in there home, its ridiculous trying to make an employee move. Tioga and Broome are so close and overlap in many spots.

With all that is happening in our country and our communities this issue shouldn't even be an issue. I pray that none of our County Legislators need the assistance of the Broome County Sheriff and Sam Davis cannot respond because they wouldn't issue a waiver!

Look at the facts - it's a no brainer.
Grant the waiver. Then change the rules to a common sense so this situation does not occur again.

Why is this an issue? At a time we should be supporting our police officers, the BC legislature feels the need to play politics with them. Waivers have been given before, just do it and move on.

The school district that they pay taxes on are in Broome County! The county might be Tioga but they are still technically paying Broome County taxes. I fully support the Davis family against the legislature to grant the waiver. It has been granted in other instances and this should be no different!
