Sammy is a good man, and deserves the understanding of the county. The Sheriff himself has a house just on the outskirts of the county by less than one mile, why does this now have to be an "example"?

The right thing to do is to grant the waiver. Why we would grant it for some and not others is beyond me.

I know the Davis family and support them. Sam responded to a call at my house late one night. He is kind , professional and caring. It would be a very big loss for this community if this waiver is not granted.

As a resident of Broome County I feel safer at night knowing we have guys like Sam Davis on our side with the sheriff department. It would be a huge loss to our community to lose him.

Deputy Davis is a prime example of who we want in our law enforcement and in our community.

I've worked with Mr. Davis for a time, and he is one of the most genuine people I've met. He always donates his time, and continues to have a love for the community he works in.

This is so rediculous! Please let this family have a waiver so they can live in the home of their dreams.
